Dr. Denita Oyeka is a Retired Army Combat Veteran who served in the U.S. Army for 18 years, including multiple tours for Operation Iraqi Freedom as a Weapons of Mass Destruction Intelligence Lead. Her service was defined by precision, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to mission success.
After retiring from the Army, Dr. Denita continued her federal service with the Department of Justice for 15 years in Electronic, Air Surveillance, and Cyber Security — accumulating 29 years of total federal service before retiring in October 2025. Throughout her career, she developed and implemented policies related to training development, veteran transition, combat-related infertility, and federal law enforcement tactics.
Dr. Denita holds a PhD in Organizational Management and Leadership — bringing academic rigor to every program, policy, and coaching engagement she leads.

Benjamin Oyeka is a High School Football Coach with an exceptional ability to motivate student athletes. With over 25 years coaching all levels of youth athletes, he has been recruited to coach in both College and NFL training camps. Benjamin has chosen a path to inspire holistic care — encouraging young men and fellow coaches to invest in their health and appearance.
As a Certified Safety Engineer Manager for over 20 years in oil/gas, government construction, and aviation, Benjamin's focus is to create a culture where employees prioritize returning home safely to their families. His years of Occupational Health & Safety policy writing have increased efficiency in OSHA standards nationwide.
Benjamin holds a Master's in Management and carries a 35-year family legacy of self-care and grooming into Hammer & Nails — Valencia Town Center. His mindset inspires young adults and men the confidence to be the best versions of themselves personally and professionally.
